Song: Nobody

—Emily Dickinson, 1830 – 1886

I’m nobody, who are you
are you nobody too

then there’s the two of us
don’t tell, they’ll banish us you know

How dreary to be somebody,
how public like a frog
to tell one’s name the livelong day
to an admiring bog
.

I wrote a tune for this Emily Dickenson poem a year or so ago and worked it out in this manner with the help of my fine and fabulous musical friend, Joe Podlesny

We hope it fits your headspace

Jim
