but, ya know, it’s a jungle out here;
not everything’s what it seems,
still (not to mention it)
I can see it is warm in there,
double paned glass does sweeten the deal
I admit, but
I’m not sure I’m ready
to commit to the family thing, or pride thing,
—or pack, for that matter,
considering the dogs, who, I assume, pretty much
come with the deal . . .
but don’t go way,
I’m considering it, so
where’s the chow?
